Introduction of the new Prison Talk Online Help Desk
Prison Talk Online has grown to be an exceptionally large online community. With this growth has come the ever increasing need to offer a higher quality of support to our members who are having technicle or other issues.
In the past PTO members (and potential members) have either contacted staff members directly or emailed admin]at[prisontalk.com to find solutions. Due to high volumes of traffic, this has often taken a very long time. With this new system we hope that will change in a dramatic way.
Stay tuned for the full implementation of this system!
