In order to access the PTO Chatroom you must meet the following requirements:

1)  PTO Member for 2 weeks

2)  Have a minimum of 25 post that are valid (means in the state or informational forums, not chit chat threads)

After you meet both requirements you should automatically gain access within a few hours.  Make sure you have JAVA installed on your computer - you can verify this by going to:  www.java.com  -  note we are not responsible for any content outside of PTO, so downloading is at your own risk.
