Solution

Unfortunately PTO has suffered a Data Outage due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you joined PTO during this time period:  July 15, 2008 - August 9th, 2008 you will need to REREGISTER

If you are missing post during this time, they are simply gone.

The easiest way to look at it is that nothing happened on the site during this time frame.  So if it happened, it didn't happen.

Without going into details, if you are submitting a Help Ticket due to an issue in this time frame, or your account is gone.  Please reregister, or know that we can do nothing to handle these issues at this time.
